Horrible experience! I had them take a look at a problem I was having with my car. Greg Hilario, the service writer, wrongly infromed me that there were only 3mm left on my brake pads and that I had to replace both front brake pads and the rotors because the brake sensor had been grinding them. However, Kia had told me 2,000 miles before that my brake pads were at 7mm. So I went to another auto shop and had him look at it.
