I would have given zero stars if Facebook would have let me. 11 hours of my life I'll never get back, confined to my home waiting by a phone that never rang, anticipating a service technician saying they were on their way. I called at 8:14am to make an appointment and was told a tech would call me when they were free. I called back at 12:30pm to get an update and was told they were very busy and a tech would call me when they were on their way. It's now 7:20pm and no phone call.
