Strangely Good. My husband and I purchased a 2008 BMW X3 from Donohoo last week and all I can say is WOW! The car was a steal of a deal and it runs like a dream. Easiest car I have ever purchased!! We selected the car we wanted online, called the dealership with the trade-in info, we completed the credit application online, drove over for a test drive, and we were in and out of the dealership super quick. Same here went and looked at a used car and I drove over to check out the car. The receptionist was very friendly, took it for a test drive, but the salesman was INCREDIBLY rude so I just left.
I travelled 250 miles to look at a 2008 Lexus ES 350. I was told on the phone before I came down that they were flexible on the price. I drove to Birmingham and entered the dealership. No sales person greeted me or even looked my way. The receptionists were friendly enough. While they were pulling the car around for me to drive it, I took it upon myself to go shake Jeremy's hand. DONO-BOOOOOOO AUTO!!!! – STAY AWAY FROM DONO-BOOOOOOO!!!!! Salesmen are one of the best B.S-ers.... Finally I was able to talk to Jay to give a little discount. He seemed to be professional enough and willing to work, rather just cutting short like several sales people did. Posted Service Prices are Totally False Underhanded Billing – I purchased my VW from Donahoo and got a great automobile at a fair price. I was happy with the car and service we got, so I decided to take my car to the service department when it was time for an oil change. Brilliant. Very happy. – From Texas and bought a 2008 BMW from Donohoo and I could not be more pleased. The car is excellent, the buying process was excellent. I actually bought it sight unseen and trusted them and it worked out. I would buy from them again. Great Dealership! – I live in Greenville SC. About 2 years ago, I had an extended stay in B'ham and found myself looking to purchase a car for our daughter. I found one at Donohoo.
