I showed up for an appointment which has been scheduled for months and the office was closed… I called the office and got a voicemail they are closed for vacation… Nobody called or emailed to cancel or reschedule, very unprofessional…

This office has gone downhill quickly. They rarely answer the phone or return calls or emails. At my last and final appointment, I had a cavity filled that took no more than a couple of seconds. 2-3 days later, I began experiencing pain and repeatedly called and emailed the office to address the issue. I was in the process of switching jobs and knew I would be without insurance for a month, so I was trying to resolve this before my coverage ended. I never received a response. This dental office has terrible scheduling errors - I went in today for a cleaning I scheduled at the beginning of the year and they had moved it without notifying me. Instead I was scheduled for two appointments in April.

I had previous good experiences with this office, but my last appointment was so painful that it made me decide I am not returning. First of all, my appointment in June was cancelled, which unfortunately happens as everyone can have unexpected life events, but it took weeks to make a new one. I called repeatedly to make a new appointment, left voicemails that were never followed up on, and tried to use the "make an appointment" button in the reminder email they sent me, which didn't work. I’ve been going to Dr. Donoho’s office for 7 years. The staff is very pleasant and professional. I love the hygienists, who always make cleaning go smoothly. The office always has a pleasant scent around. Dr. Donoho is very knowledgeable and professional!
