No, they were very calm and understanding Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Does this provider always put the customer first? Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Dr. D'Onofrio was probably the best, most thorough optometrist I have ever seen. I was very much impressed with his use of up to date technology in his office and felt everything was checked with very much care. I highly recommend this doctor.

No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!
