WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. NO PERSONALITY OR BEDSIDE MANNER. DOESN'T OFFER ALTERNATIVES TO SURGERY. SEEMS TO JUST WANT YOUR MONEY, BUT NOT FIX YOUR PROBLEM.
My experience couldn't have been any more favorable. I made a few visits to his office and found his reception staff to be very friendly and professional. I was barely in the waiting room and saw a nurse then the doctor in no time at all. Both he and his PA spent time answering my questions and providing me with information about my knees -- that no other doctor had ever taken the time to mention to me before.
I would like to inform everyone who reads reviews that this place is very dysfunctional, unprofessional, and untrained. I had two visits which where the worst two visits I have ever done from a medical facility. On the first visit, the check in personnel charges me $375 without explaining why. I asked to please provide me a itemize document to show why those charges. She immediately got mad. There's more to write but this website does not allow write a full review like I did in Google.
I have been a patient of Florida Knee & Orthopedic Center for over 15 years. I have had excellent care over the years. Dr Donnelly has been my doctor for years and did my cervical spine surgery a year ago and he did a wonderful job. I am going to be needing a total knee replacement and torn meniscus repair and he is the only doctor I trust to do it. Several years ago I had knee injections done and it helped me tremendously and kept me from having surgery at that time.
I had the worst back pain for the longest time. Dr. Donnelly was not only understanding and so friendly but he also helped solve a health issue that kept me from living life to the fullest. Not only is he an amazing doctor but his staff members are very nice and informative. I would recommend Dr. Donnelly and his staff to anyone and everyone looking for amazing care with any orthopedic issue. He is one of the few doctors I would trust with my health with no questions asked.
What a great doctor! He recently replaced my right shoulder and my recovery time is much better than expected. He always listens and solves my medical questions. He is available when needed. I would recommend him to anyone with an orthopedic problem. He kept my pain to a limit and answered all of my questions. He is quiet but has a great sense of humor. His office staff is wonderful Finding him was a blessing from God. Remember that we need prayers before surgery but so do our doctors.
The staff and doctor are wonderful, truly caring. I suffered for some time before I finally sought help. I was lucky enough to find Dr. Donnelly a wonderful surgeon who I will be eternally grateful to for giving me my life back
Dr. Donnelly, a quiet man, but extremely caring and knowledgeable. Rather than surgery (which my mind was convinced that I needed it), the good doctor taught me exercises, gave me cortisone injections,, and told me my hip will heal on it's own. Another doctor if you ask, I will tell you who), said that I had to have surgery. I chose to follow Dr. Donnelly's advice to have knee surgery. I had two tears. He did an excellent job. The proof is in the healing. Do your therapy.
I was using a different Dr. at the office and he left so I got had to use Dr. Donnelly. He does not have much of a personality at all; is quite and actually asked me if I was there to get narcotics, how rude. I had surgery and needed some follow ups with issues; he basically did not want to deal with me - told me to see my PCP. I would probably find another orthopedic if I needed one again. They said he was a very excellent and thorough surgeon at the hospital, but he lacks personality.
