Covered an existing bone graft that had never held. Within 8 months had to have everything completely redone. Hardware that he installed with loose with three screws loose and backing out. Had to have his work taken out the bone graft that was never healed that he covered up with his Hardware. Had to have everything completely redone with a new bone graft from the right hip all new hardware everything is great now. I would highly recommend dr. Iona's pappu if you have any of this surgery needed.
