Made an appointment for a recall fix on my Fusion. When I got there to drop my car off. There was no record of my appointment. (I got a little attitude because I apparently didn't have an appointment). How ever they took my car in and they did 2 recall fixes! And were done in under an hour. Not a bad experience just a rough start and I was worried to leave my car there.
