Donna's Devoted Health Care is outstanding! As a care manager, I’ve seen firsthand how their caregivers combine professionalism, skill, and genuine compassion. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure clients’ safety, comfort, and well-being. Communication is excellent, and their dedication makes a real difference in the lives of those they care for. Highly recommend!
This is my 2nd year with this provider and I wish I would've looked at deeper detail about the changes made vs last year. They cut the home and food benefit by 50 dollars and cut the otc benefit all together, as in there is no separate benefit for otc allowance. The little more than $250/month home and food benefit is now supposed to cover any otc needs as well as food, utility, trash, internet, etc. This is sure to start sinking anyone who was barely afloat to begin with- which is most elderly and disabled.
