As a lifter of heavy things, I place unusual demands on my body. Dr. Splendore keeps my back and hips lined up where they need to be, which manages my pain and stiffness and, most importantly, improves the quality of my sleep to aid my recovery between workouts. Going to see Dr. S has truly been life-changing.
I’ve been a couple times to have my spine/back aligned which was great and recently messed up my hip one way or another and unfortunately thought chiropractors only worked on spines. After talking to Donna Splendore and finding out she did so much more I went in to find out my left hip was at least two inches to low which was also messing up my IT band.
