Had an appointment for my 81 year old dad at 2:15. They called the night before and changed it to 3:15. We got there at 3:00 and waited until 4:20 and never saw the doctor and they said we might as well leave and try next week Ridiculous!
I had such an amazing experience with the whole team but Donna Evans was truly patient amazing and listening of all things.
