I've been a patient of Dr. Chastain since 2003 or maybe longer at her previous office. They were always so pleasant, but more recently her staff has become so rude and inconsiderate. Dr. Chastain herself, IS THE BEST! but in my opinion she should re-evaluate her staff especially the manager. I called to inquire about some options and the manager was rude and with a horrible attitude. Being a manager at an office myself, I would NEVER talk to a patient the way she spoke to me.
