I have a different dental hygienist every time I go. The last one was very good, however, some of the previous ones were marginal. Overall, it is usually a good experience.

Dr. Hagar was always pleasant; but there is something to be said about a dentist who drives a jaguar and wears couture stiletos to your appointment--she is expensive!!! Her appointment representatives display excellent customer service. However, her dental hygenists/assistants did not put me at ease. On one occasion I nearly choked when the hygenist assisted in making impressions--the kid had the nerve to tell me that I would mess up the mold if we took it out before it cured. First, it is important to note that I hadn't been to a dentist for a ridiculously long time. Dr. Hager's office set me an appt. for the very next morning, understood my anxiety and strong gag reflex. Her hygeniest was really great - friendly, professional. I only saw Dr. Hager for a brief moment that first day at the end of the comprehensive oral exam & evaluation, but the exchange went just fine. Dr Hager and staff provide a great experience and are always friendly. I switched from another Dentist and could not be happier. Support staff are great at working with getting insurance payments correct.

Assistants treat adults like children - also very expensive - facilities are below average, although adequate to get the job done, i suppose.

No dental hygentist seems to work there very long. Often times it is Dr. Hager that cleans my teeth. The biggest problem that I have is that it is very awkward there.

Nice lady that seems to know her stuff. She seems to have tons of staff turnover. I've been going to her for a few years now. For the first six or so visits, I did not see Donna. I saw a different doctor almost every visit. One of them convinced me to let him work on a "bad" filling. I still experience sensation to cold there. The same guy told me that I had 4 or 5 cavities at my next visit. I didn't let him do anything and have had no problems for 2 yrs. If you go there, I would suggest asking for Donna. My daughter went for a checkup last Spring and at that point we were told she had a few minor cavities so we had Dr. Hager fill them and thought that would be the end of it. Come Summer, around August she developed an abcess in her gum.. We took her in to have it looked at and she prescribed an antibiotic for the abcess. Once the abcess went down we then took her back in to get the tooth filled so we thought. We were then told that she needed extensive and expensive work. Very abrasive. If they think you should have an extended cleaning then they will not do any cleaning. Guess what.....you don't know until you are in the chair. So.....insurance won't pay for extended cleaning...so they pocket the $60 dollars.
