Everyone in the office is very respectful & keeps your business private, theres rarely a wait time for appointments and Dr.Jonston is an amazing person.
The facility is clean but their hours of operation is inconvenient to patients. They are open Monday-Thursday until 3:30 with an hour lunch daily and closed on Fridays. For someone that works until 4 and doesn’t have the same lunch break, it’s nearly impossible to get ahold of someone. There has been several occasions where I have not received results from bloodwork, scans, and x-rays. Allison is great but it takes more than one person to maintain a business.
