Buying jewelry can be an intimidating/difficult process, but they take their time to make you knowledgeable and completely comfortable. Every piece of jewelry they have made for me has exceeded my expectations. We live in CA now, but still fly back to Chicago for anything jewelry related because they are the only jeweler I trust. I can't tell you how much I love Donna and her family. They truly are the best!

Our experience with Donna and her family was nothing like we would have had at any local jewelry store. From the beginning Donna was not pushy, she sat back and listened to what I wanted in a ring. She gave us her expert opinion when we needed it. It just felt right to work with Donna to design my ring. Her whole family was so friendly and assisted us in many ways.
