She up and left with no forwarding location when I came in for scheduled appointment and needing my meds refilled. My meds could not be stopped just like that. When I found her location I got no response from phone messages left for her and no email response. Doctors office is extremely unprofessional, the doctor (Donna Hill) is a TOTAL quack, she takes up to 3-4 hours to get to you because shes always tweaking on adderall and god knows what.
Very inconsistent & disorganized. Too many patients for 1 dr. She calls in sick with her child often & stepped out of the office twice for drs appointments without cancelling her client appointments. Waiting area had 20 people waiting to see her and she was not there. Getting refills is the most difficult part. They have given wrong rx to wrong patient and let you run out of medication for over a week. Informing you they're getting to it'. I would not recommend this rovider

Dr. Hill is the most irresponsible, least reliable excuse for a medical professional I have ever met in my entire life. I have been dealing with her unprofessional practices for 3 years now and have finally hit my breaking point. Each month, it is a GRUELING PROCESS to get an appointment to receive the prescription I need for my medication. Some months, it is a process that takes WEEKS, tens of voicemails, and multiple trips to the office just to make an appointment. DOES NOT DO HER JOB.
Tried multiple times to call to reschedule with no response after leaving multiple voicemails. After missing the appointment the office manager called and told me she never received my voicemails and she didn't make enough money to run and the office and be dr hill since dr hill doesn't want to do her job. Not sure how that is my problem. All of that was 2 weeks ago and then this week we've been waiting in the office for an 1.5 hours this morning after they called to confirm appt today.
dr. hill has been my doctor for ten years. shes kind, respectful and will LISTEN to your ideas about what YOU WANT PUT INTO YOURE BODY! She`s the best in her field. I would recommend her to anybody seeking help. the staff is very kind and the waiting room is very , very clean and comfortable.
