Staff is very rude and not willing to take you in as a walk in even when you tell name you need refills on medication for your blood pressure. I was told they were at capacity at 4:30 when they start seeing patients at 5:00. Time to change doctor office after 8+ years of going there.

Arrived to an empty parking lot and empty waiting room around 7:20 pm was unpleasantly advised they were not taking anymore patients. Went to valley night clinic in McAllen instead where they took me in with no problems.

Worst place ever. You call for a refill and they want you to come in. Then what's the purpose of REFILLS
Just horrible! From just a simple medical letter needed to a very powerful pain that needed to referred to the hospital. This clinic is not helpful save yourself time and go somewhere else. Plus the staff is very rude and don’t seem to help. Worst clinic ever! I will give them no stars.
This clinic takes F O R E V E R !!! Just needed a signature for a release form & took over 2+ hours ... everyone here in waiting room was saying the same thing. If you must come here BRING YOUR BREAKFAST LUNCH & DINNER !
