My favorite place to go every time i visit Created Butte.
I’m from Texas and I’m definitely used to the Tex-Mex food. That being said this place is okay. The steak fajitas I had were very bland. Tasted like no seasoning at all in the meat. The rice seemed like a boxed rice and our service was pretty bad too. This is the my 4th or 5th time here. My wife’s family is from the area so they love this place but I’ve had better Mexican food from Taco Cabana. The margaritas were pretty good though.
The service was excellent. We had our granddaughter ( 18 months) with us. Our wonderful waitress and co owner brought us a bowl of small toys for Jane to play with. The food was delicious. The peach cobbler and homemade ice cream to die for. We will be back.
Every time we come to town Donita’s is the first place we eat. The food is amazing, the service is outstanding and the people there are friendly. You won’t be disappointed and if there is a line, the wait is worth it!
