Dr. Roettcher was there when I was having my little one and when she was born, she took time to explain what was going on. My husband and I could see her working hard to help her and to rush to get her the help she needed. We believe she saved our baby girl's life. We have received the same care and treatment at every appointment. We are grateful she is our girl's pediatrician.
Honestly the worst doctor I’ve ever encountered in my life. She kept misdiagnosing my 7 week old baby with common issues (she was being over fed, I wasn’t burping her well enough, and she was constipated) when she really needed surgery and for a doctor it should have been very obvious something was seriously wrong it should have warranted a sense of urgency my baby was unable to breathe in the middle of the night for Christ sake now a days you hear of a mother putting a stuffed animal in a crib with a baby -just the CHANCE o... read more
Both of my children have seen Dr. Roettcher. She doesn’t listen to me which is evident in the notes in the after visit summary. Because most of the info is incorrect. The last two visits at this office were the worst experiences I’ve ever had. She reprimanded my small child—it was her misunderstanding and it was inappropriate and I should’ve walked out after that. I would not recommend her to friends or family.
I'm so happy I have found Dr. Roettcher. She has gone way above the standards to help me with all 5 of my kids. She takes time with you and answers all your questions. If she doesn't have the answer, she will get back to you quickly with answers. She has been so helpful with referrals of all sorts with my kids.
