If I could have gave zero Stars I would have this man rushes you out of his office he don't get personal of your health he answers the phone while in the middle of taking a nerve test he don't care about his patients he just wants the money and he wants you in and out I have to go get a second opinion all because he's like oh you're good but I'm really not I would not recommend him at all
I would give this practice no stars, I called for a hospital follow up from a concussion front desk is very rude quick to cut you off and avoid you by putting you on hold when they don’t want to deal with a patient…Do better Dr Dong first impression is your most important, would not recommend your practice just from the sounds of your staff, if you hate your job so much, QUIT
As with all the other reviews, I would rate him 0 stars if it allowed me. Traumatic is the word I would use as well to describe my experience here. Dr Park is one of the most condescending doctors I've ever seen. I got diagnosed with epilepsy when I was 17, and I'm now 33 - but I was seizure free for a number of years, so I continued going to this office just once a year to refill my meds. I would rate 0 stars if I could. I had almost the exact same experience as reviewer Megan M. Staff is disorganized and incompetent. Dr. Park is incredibly rude and dismissive. Go somewhere else.
