Stay away from this office. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from both a doctor and his staff. He does not seem to care about his patients’ medical needs and appears to be more focused on money. I went there for severe migraines and rely on injections every three months. However, he stopped completing the necessary insurance forms, and my request was never processed. My insurance company tried to contact the office multiple times, but no one responded or helped. I don't understand the bad reviews. Dr Park was not only very professional, but he was thorough. He was kind and gentle. No complaints whatsoever about him. The older lady at the front desk has a really bad attitude, though. I realize they are busy, but being condescending to an 82 year old woman with dementia was unnecessary. That would not keep me from taking her back to Dr. Park.

As with all the other reviews, I would rate him 0 stars if it allowed me. Traumatic is the word I would use as well to describe my experience here. Dr Park is one of the most condescending doctors I've ever seen. I got diagnosed with epilepsy when I was 17, and I'm now 33 - but I was seizure free for a number of years, so I continued going to this office just once a year to refill my meds. Wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. You took an oath of beneficence, and compassion and empathy. Your treatment of others, patients or not, catches up with you. Do not laugh at your patients, or ask them why they are there despite suffering very obvious neurological symptoms.
