Mike was very responsive and presented a good image with his follow-up calls. As a result we were able to keep our project moving smoothly.

I hope that there are no more leaks (which is the reason that I had the roof replaced in the first place). The extent of the leaks makes me question if I recieved a quality job. The proof will be in the pudding (next rainny day). I was glad to receive a quick response to my phone call. There needs to be better communication with the customer. The worker's family walking all over my yard was not appreciated.
Due to rain the date of completion was moved back by a few days ? no big deal. Work was done well, though the secondary bystander who was cleaning the roof make a REAL MESS on the siding, grass & driveway by power washing all the debris off the roof, down the sides of the house & landing everywhere. Though it was cleaned ? there was still guck that wasn?t washed away. I?m sure after a good rain the house with look clean again.
