Had to have my car towed yesterday. Donelson Wrecker is awesome. Jonathan did a great job.
I highly recommend Donelson Wrecker. The driver who picked up my truck made a mistake that caused my air conditioner to be damaged, with no questions asked the owner, Keith, had the old one removed hauled off and replaced it with a brand new one the following day . I spoke to several people during the process and everyone was very professional and kind which to me showed that their customers are vauled. This is the second time I had to call Donelson Wrecker Service to get my car towed. As always, the service was top notch! Timely and friendly. They really take good care of you. I would highly recommend them!
I want to give a great big shout out to Keith Shelton and the folks at Donelson Wrecker Service. They towed me this morning from an accident (I was rear-ended on the interstate). Mr. Shelton was prompt getting to me, and was extremely courteous and helpful through the process. I will definitely be using them in the future if the need arises. I highly recommend them!!!!!
