Sean MacDonald came out within an hour of my call to diagnose a leak from the bathtub. Sean quickly identified the problem, fixed it right away, and didn’t charge for any unnecessary work. Sean was friendly and professional. It’s work like this that creates raving fans—I will work with Done-Rite for my future plumbing needs and refer Sean to friends and neighbors.
Austin came to our house yesterday to replace a broken toilet and install a new showerhead and faucet. He was very professional and polite and did a nice job outlining the work to be done and an overview of our options. Ultimately the shower work required installing a whole new valve which meant cutting through drywall and a lot more time and expense than we were anticipating. I wouldn't say these guys are inexpensive ($250 to install a customer-supplied toilet), but the quality of the work was very good.
Done-Rite literally to the rescue! Had a party coming up and realized our main restroom had an issue with the toilet. Frantically called Dave and his crew and they were out much faster than I expected. They showed up on time, clean, and friendly. Got straight to the job, fix the issue and we were able to enjoy our party. Super thankful for their professionalism — highly recommended 10 out of 10!!!
