I had a water pipe issue and Done-Rite Plumbing responded within a few hours. Jon was the plumber who came out—he was professional, fast, and the repair was affordable. Great service from start to finish. I would definitely use Done-Rite Plumbing again and recommend them to anyone looking for quick, reliable plumbing help.
Austin came to our house yesterday to replace a broken toilet and install a new showerhead and faucet. He was very professional and polite and did a nice job outlining the work to be done and an overview of our options. Ultimately the shower work required installing a whole new valve which meant cutting through drywall and a lot more time and expense than we were anticipating. I wouldn't say these guys are inexpensive ($250 to install a customer-supplied toilet), but the quality of the work was very good.
Sean Macdonald arrived on time and thoroughly explained everything before conducting the sewer inspection. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and completed the work efficiently.
Jon came out to help replace our sink faucet and basket strainer. Very helpful and efficient service! Jon also gave us some maintenance tips that are much appreciated. Thank you so much!
Called done rite after hours to check out our leaking water heater. The owner David answer the phone and he was able to send a technician to our house to diagnose the leak. Just when we thought we going to have to replace the water heater Dave informed us the cause of leak was a pinhole in the water line so we had them fix it.we appreciate the honesty and the fast response. We will continue using done rite for all our plumbing issues and we will refer them to our friends and family.
