Austin came to our house yesterday to replace a broken toilet and install a new showerhead and faucet. He was very professional and polite and did a nice job outlining the work to be done and an overview of our options. Ultimately the shower work required installing a whole new valve which meant cutting through drywall and a lot more time and expense than we were anticipating. I wouldn't say these guys are inexpensive ($250 to install a customer-supplied toilet), but the quality of the work was very good.
