Needed a quick water heater repair when our unit stopped heating properly. Done-Rite Plumbing & Rooter arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and had the water heater running again within an hour. Honest pricing and great service. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing or water heater issues.
Done-Rite Plumbing & Rooter installed a new tankless water heater in our home and the difference is amazing. Endless hot water and much more efficient than our old tank system. The plumbers were punctual, professional, and very experienced with tankless water heater installations. Definitely one of the best plumbing companies in Anaheim for water heater upgrades.
Very honest and professional I called him late at night because my garbage disposal wouldn’t work. He told me instructions on how to fix it via phone and didn’t even charge me for anything and listening to his instructions I was able to fix it! Thank you so much! Def will be contacting him for future plumbing issues or for anything!
Austin came to our house yesterday to replace a broken toilet and install a new showerhead and faucet. He was very professional and polite and did a nice job outlining the work to be done and an overview of our options. Ultimately the shower work required installing a whole new valve which meant cutting through drywall and a lot more time and expense than we were anticipating. I wouldn't say these guys are inexpensive ($250 to install a customer-supplied toilet), but the quality of the work was very good.
Had Done-Rite Plumbing & Rooter service our tankless water heater for maintenance and flushing. The plumber was very knowledgeable and explained how regular maintenance keeps the system running efficiently. Excellent water heater maintenance service and very professional team.
