Inconsistent performance with no follow up. This company did a great job on a very challenging crosstie wall 2 years ago. But I should have read the signs on the second job and contracted a different landscaper. Drainage solutions were poorly planned and executed. Drain pipe now has surfaced in the back yard. Have attempted 4 calls, emails, etc. to get action. Nothing. This the foreman / owner has a poor concept of basic fluid dynamics. All he had to do was follow up and fix an $800 problem. SBH has been notified.
