Josh was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was a first time homebuyer, and a busy, scatterbrained one at that. Josh knew we wanted to close quickly, and enthusiastically kept me on track. Josh Whitney was excellent! He worked with us, supported us, and didn’t make us feel pressured to buy. He took us to multiple houses, all through Knoxville and Clinton and knew the areas very well. Josh showed up to appointments early and would do a walk through if he didn’t know the property. His prior home inspection experience made those walk throughs and choosing a home easy. If you need a realtor, I HIGHLY recommend.
