Josh was my realtor for my first time buying a house and he made the process so much easier for me. He was always available to answer questions and quick to respond at all hours. He has a lot of contacts in the Knoxville area realty industry and had excellent recommendations for loan officers, inspectors, etc., though I never felt like he was trying to push me to go with any specific group or house. Josh was great to work with.
Joshua is the best agent and most responsive person I've worked with. He flipped houses and was home inspector before becoming a real estate agent. His breadth of knowledge of homes and their condition is un-paralleled. His critical eye allowed me to make an informed decision on my home purchase. He continually kept me up to date on the process and each step to closing. I was going through a tough time and he provided another ear to listen to my story. I would count him as a friend and a truly caring person.
Josh was a pleasure to work with. Even though there were some hiccups along the way, Josh ensured that I was informed of what was going on and what needed to happen in order for the process to proceed. I barely had to do anything except sign a few documents and answer phone calls. Highly recommend using Josh as your realtor if you are on the fence or don't know what realtor to go with. One of the best realtors I've had the opportunity to work with.
Josh was absolutely amazing for the whole process. He was very informative and very knowledgeable. I did not expect buying a home to be so easy and I am sure it is thanks to Josh. Could not be happier and highly recommend Josh if anyone needs help finding/buying a house!
