Josh was great to work with! His knowledge was extremely helpful as well as his honesty and flexibility when viewing properties. From fruit trees to basement mold, he had tips, pointers, warnings, and general information about everything we encountered. He did his homework on every property and took every viewing seriously and was patient with us as we navigated the process. Highly, highly recommend Josh!
