WOW! Chris and his team are superheroes in their industry. Chris took the time to get on multiple phone calls with me and very thoroughly explained the process and also what to look out for if I didn't go with his company. Chris (owner) and sons did a great job lifting and stabilizing our 46,000sqft building. It was not easy, hit a couple of snags and unexpected issues, but worked through it and are very happy with the results. Not only was there the lift, there was the cause, plumbing issues, that the guys got fixed right so we do not have to worry about it again. Definitely glad we went with them.

I was approaching this foundation repair issue with great anxiety. I knew nothing about the process. I had several contractors come by and give me bids. But Done Right took the time to explain all the steps to me. They made me feel I could ask anything at all of them and they would explain it as many times as it took. Done Right Foundation Repair was absolutely awesome! I scheduled numerous companies for quotes on my property. Of all the companies that came out, Mr. Felsing was the only one who spent time with me during the inspection to explain to me what he was doing and what he was looking for.
