Where do I start. I had 2 windshield go in one year. I didn’t realize Safelite was owned by most insurance companies and the few times I’ve used them the quality was not good at all. Had a side window go on 2 separate vehicles and when they were done it sounded like rice crispies when it went up and down. That being said I prefer to support local. They were recommended by Todays Collision in Chelsea. When I spoke to Terry she did offer a referral to a place that could get it done sooner, however, with being highly recommended was more than happy to wait. It was not even a wait, she even handled everything with my insurance . After a 12 hour work day, to come out and have a new window, all my parking, inspection stickers in place along with a clean car. Just amazing communication , stress free. Business is named perfectly, Done Right!
