I had an Amazing experience with Tone. I called about an issue I had with my Furnace and he came out to inspect the system within an hour. He did an excellent job of notifying me of his expected arrival time, thoroughly explaining the cause of the malfunction, explaining the pro's/cons of a band-aid cost effective solution vs a more expensive long term solution, and being transparent about the cost of materials and labor. In the world of HVAC and super large companies who are only interesting in making a sale, Tone is a breath of fresh air. Our AC unit went completely out. I called Done by Tone on a Saturday and he came out the same day, diagnosed the issue promptly, and gave a very fair price. Tone discovered a deeper issue with the unit and gave multiple recommendations on repair and/or replacement. We decided to go with the replacement. It’s rare that I have such great reviews for services nowadays but Tone (the owner) was amazing! he was prompt and able to do an emergency job for us right after thanksgiving when our furnace finally failed and we hit freezing temperatures. Within 24hrs we had a new unit, reasonably priced for the install fee.
