In the world of HVAC and super large companies who are only interesting in making a sale, Tone is a breath of fresh air. Our AC unit went completely out. I called Done by Tone on a Saturday and he came out the same day, diagnosed the issue promptly, and gave a very fair price. It’s rare that I have such great reviews for services nowadays but Tone (the owner) was amazing! he was prompt and able to do an emergency job for us right after thanksgiving when our furnace finally failed and we hit freezing temperatures. Within 24hrs we had a new unit, reasonably priced for the install fee. My furnace went out Saturday evening called Done by Tone. He came out diagnosed the issue Sunday morning and by Monday morning a replacement furnace was being installed with upgraded Google Nest thermostats. Tone and his team were prompt, efficient and work diligently to get the job. Thank you for how quick you were able to resolve my issue.
