I have never been in Dondero's before the beginning of this month. I walked in with a question of how much would it cost to straighten my grandmother's engagement ring? They took it in the back and didn't come back right away but when the very nice lady came back she she he had to wait to see if it would crack which it did not and they straightened it while I waited and also cleaned it. It looks beautiful now and they did not charge me one penny. I was very pleased with with my service and the kindness I was shown.

I have been going here throughout the years and besides their beautiful jewery. I have had multiple pieces of jewelry broken in one way or another. They never let me down they always fix my jewelry and make it look brand new.
