I made an online appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I received an email confirmation and a text confirmation on the day the appointment was made. Five days later, the day of the appointment, I received another email and text confirming the appointment and then later received an email saying "Thank you for cancelling your appointment, if you would like to reschedule please contact us again."
