I have always brought my vehicles to Dondelinger's for service work. They have always been good to work with. My husband and I stopped in to look at what they had for new vehicles and left the next day with a new truck. Skylar was very informative and awesome to work with when purchasing the truck. He didn't pressure us at all. I would definitely recommend checking them out in the market for a new vehicle or for all of your service needs.
Was treated very unfairly. Went for service on 2 warranty issues..... audio system problem and bluetooth connectivity issue. Also wanted a set of runningboards installed that I bought directly from GM and had shipped to them. After 3-1/2 hrs of reloading software, they said it was done for $0 but, they forgot to install the running boards. Then, 20 min later, the running boards were installed and I was presented a bill for $160!
