We had been planning on staying a few more years but when we got our lease renewal it was going to be $300 more a month for a 12 month lease. So we found a bigger place for less money around the corner with a private landlord. To make matters worse we got very little of our $1500 deposit back. They claim they had to bio wash and replace the carpet due to pet damage. We have one cat. That only picked at the carpet in one spot. They have the MOST disorganized leasing office I have ever dealt with. Also extremely rude. ex: getting a notice less than 24 hours before they re-paint the parking lots saying cars not moved will be towed at owners expense while we were on vacation.

townhouses are invested with mice. I stopped visiting a friend because repeated treatments won't work.

I can't stand Doncaster or the staff that works here! The staff is so rude and won't accommodate you for anything and they just say, I understand. For one year now we have had toilet issues and they just simply come in, plunge it and leave. The issue comes back a few days later. Obviously it's a bigger issue. ONE YEAR it's been! That's why we're leaving Doncaster. I don't want to live in someone else's feces that have been coming out of our toilet on a weekly basis.

The area is lovely, the staff in the leasing office are wonderful, and my daughter loves having access to a pool. My only complaint is the price - theres no way a single income family can afford any of the apartments. That's more a complaint on the housing economy, but still relevant to anyone looking to rent.
