Ordered a white arrangement of sympathy flowers from the website. Paid extra for a luxury arrangement. They were for a funeral. Flowers were supposed to be delivered the day before the funeral. When I rang, they lied and said that the flowers had been delivered on the selected date. The flowers arrived after the funeral and looked completely different from what I ordered. While it was a lovely bouquet, We ordered a luxury arrangement for Mother's Day with plenty of notice and was very disappointed to see it was nothing like the tall arrangement pictured. If shopping in person I would never have spent that much money on what was delivered. In future will definitely be checking google reviews and never shopping here again.

Disapppointed with the service and would not recommend this business as I pre ordered roses for a family members funeral only to arrive to collect the order and there was no order and not enough stock available. I felt sorry the salesgirl who was not to blame but tried her best to assist.
Young girl with dark curly hair served me today, great customer service, served me very well and kept my flowers in my price range. I’m very happy and pleased with my flowers. Will be coming back!
