tried to look prices up online and the website wouldnt load, tried calling two different ways but couldnt even get someone to pick up the phone. they must not want business. stop using AI to take orders, pick up the phone like a human being

My problem is I ordered food using the app. When my wife picked it up an item was missing that she didn't know should have been there. I tried on seven occasions to call in to speak to someone about this and got a virtual customer service rep who would transfer me every single time to a phone number that would ring and then hang up. Can anyone say, HORRIBLE?!!!!! We ordered our dinner ($50) from Donatos, calzones, wings and dessert, for a special dinner, which we dont get because of limited income. The food should have been tossed in the garbage. It was BURNT, COLD, AND THERE WAS NO FILLING - CHEESE, MEAT, OR VEGGIES IN ANY of the calzones and the wings were also cold and hard as a rock to the feel. We can't afford to throw away food especially on our budget this was suppose to be a celebration for a few of the family and I was embarrassed and horrified... read more
Pretty cheap and good food when I’m on this side of Knoxville for lunch friendly staff and not a super long wait and get a good bit of food for the money
