Customer service was exceptional
Pizza was 1 hour late. Cold and half the toppings were off the pizza. Poor service delivery.
Our pizza did not have a sticker on it from DoorDash. So our doordasher would have access to our pizza so we didn’t even eat it. Also the manager said it was not the donatos fault even though they have to put the DoorDash stickers on it. Terrible.
Zero stars!! Ordered a pizza at 12:12 was told 30 minutes, they charged my card and never delivered the pizza.
