I am a native of Columbus, Ohio and attended Columbus South High School, the school of which the founder is a graduate. I remember when the first Donatos opened on Thurman Avenue. Donatos has been a dining staple in the community for years. The quality of the pizza, subs and other menu items have always been tasty and consistent. /Had my order delivered due to power outage. Ordered the 9 dollar pizza and sub. The pizza was not what i ordered. This tasted like mushrooms and sausage. At the time had no lights so couldn't even verify what that pizza was actually.Went back the next day after placing another order made them aware of the previous incorrect order. I was under the impression he thought that was funny.. He claimed to have credited mt account. Haven't seen that yet. When you lose power and your food had to be thrown out, None of that is funny.... read more

Place a 40$ order to be delivered and they drop off the wrong order, so I drive there and the doors are locked and every phone call (10) is answered and immediately placed on hold. Absolutely ridiculous.
