As far as the company as a whole goes, Nepotism, favoritism, horrible communication and duplicative management/coworkers. I don't recommend working for this franchise. It's down their with working at dollar general. The environment is good for the elderly if you can pay the extra price for the same quality product you would get from dominos. Great pizza at a reasonable price.
Just ordered online and I sent a guy with my card to pick it up. The amount was over $21 more than the amount it told me online. Nothing extra was added at the store, they just didn't apply the online discounts. Very disappointed
"Forgot" to give Uber Eats driver part of my order, refused to make it right or even deliver the remaining portion of my order and wanted me to have to Uber driver go back to get the missing items. Luckily, was able to dispute the order through Uber. The food that was recieved was good.
