We have been waiting on a pizza we ordered since 6:15pm. i have called 3 times now. it is now after 9pm and no pizza. i just called 30 min ago the guy said it had left and would be here in 10 min. it is now over 30 min later. I did talk to the manager who seemed really nice and did offer a discount for next order. But this is crazy. 3 hours for a pizza? The driver is still not here. We already paid. our family is hungry, tired and sleepy. This is awful.

This is the second time I’ve ordered pick up and they had not even been put in the oven when I went to pick up at my scheduled time!! 😡 Hungry kids with no food is no fun!

From a friends post today: Do not ever order anything from a Donatos Pizza place! We went to Ohio for World Series and used my husbands card over the phone to purchase a pizza for 16.00 from there. Ever since that my husbands card has been used all over Ohio with fraudulent charges! We have contacted the store we got pizza from and even the corporate office and all they can say is oh well and get shitty with my husband! I LOVE Donatos! We don't have one where I live, boo hoo so we stop when we can! 5Star plus from me.
This store is HORRIBLE! Said the wait was 1hr 45 min for a sub to be delivered, fine ok I’ll wait. 2hrs 30min later it’s still not delivered..smh I call to cancel the order, store manager said the money will be returned...nope, they still took my money. I will NEVER order from you again!�
Order arrived incorrectly and not the least bit hot; lukewarm at best. I waited nearly an hour for that privilege. When trying to call the location, no one answered. I actually had to call another Donatos location so they could try to relay my message. When I finally got ahold of someone, I was informed I would need to wait another hour for a re-delivery. I'm glad I don't need CPR from them tonight!
Always have loved the pizza, but getting through the ordering process was a nightmare!
These are some of the kindest employees ever. My son takes tae kwon do next door I'm often dropping in. They always greet me with a smile and are so welcoming. Kindness matters and I appreciate your kindness so very much.
We were greated as soon as we entered the restuarant. Counter guy was friendly and pleasant. Took our order and repeated to make sure he got it right. Food came out in a timely manner, was hot and very good. Dinning area was clean but a little chilly.
