I ordered a little over a week ago and after 2.5 hours of waiting for my order to arrive by delivery, called to cancel the order. The crazy part is that they’d sent me an email after an hour to tell me that my order was in route. I also submitted a complaint and the manager gave me a $25 credit. I decided to give them another chance and called today to place an order for a spinach pizza. The order arrived and I open the box to find a chicken tomato and spinach pizza. We have been waiting on a pizza we ordered since 6:15pm. i have called 3 times now. it is now after 9pm and no pizza. i just called 30 min ago the guy said it had left and would be here in 10 min. it is now over 30 min later. I did talk to the manager who seemed really nice and did offer a discount for next order. But this is crazy. 3 hours for a pizza? The driver is still not here. We already paid. our family is hungry, tired and sleepy. This is awful.

This is the second time I’ve ordered pick up and they had not even been put in the oven when I went to pick up at my scheduled time!! 😡 Hungry kids with no food is no fun!

Order arrived incorrectly and not the least bit hot; lukewarm at best. I waited nearly an hour for that privilege. When trying to call the location, no one answered. I actually had to call another Donatos location so they could try to relay my message. When I finally got ahold of someone, I was informed I would need to wait another hour for a re-delivery. I'm glad I don't need CPR from them tonight!
Okay so I ordered delivery I waited over two hours. I called many times and finally someone answered the phone. I asked when my food would arrive. The gentleman stated that they put the address in wrong and tried calling twice. Well I stated I never received a call and asked if it would be delivered. He started they were now closed and that wasn't going to happen. Completely rude and not the way to run a business.
Wonderful pizza, wonderful service. Wish we didn’t have to drive so far to go to Donato’s Pizza, but they closed both Anderson and Muncie locations.

We came in to town for a soccer tournament and about 20 of us went to donatos the service was terrible and we even had to go up to the cashier to order then had to get our own refills and clear the tables. Personally I had the boneless chicken wings with mild sauce and they were disgusting.
Donato's Pizza on 96th and Lantern has the worst service.

We went mid afternoon today, our server was named Cassidy(?) I think. She was very helpful (first time there from out of town) and attentive. We had the meats pizza, it was amazing. Brought back an Italian side salad and hot wings for our supper, and they rocked also!! Thank you Donatos and Cassidy for a great experience!!
