Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Was the dental equipment clean? Yes

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? Yes Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Their staff is friendly and welcoming. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I do wish they had an email contact, as I would have liked to email a thank you for the recent work they did.
