They are incredibly kind, hopeful and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I went in for a check up appointment after having braces for 6 years. My last orthodontist really screwed me over. Dr. Soranno was stupefied by the lack of treatment by my other orthodontist. He took my braces off after just 2 appointments. Everyone that works there just put a smile on my face. I was put in no pain during any of my appointments, even the cleaning. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

It is a very comfortable and friendly environment. I was referred to Dr. Sorrano years ago for orthodontic follow-up and I have been going to him ever since. He is very friendly and answers all questions of him. He also came in on a Sunday one time in an emergency situation for my sister who had broken her front tooth. I would highly recommend Dr. Sorrano and his staff!

Seems like a nice guy, and I thought he could help me, but it all came down to the money. He has a gaggle of assistants that surround him. I could not get the work I desperately needed done because I could come up with $2,000 to fix two teeth. I could get an infection and die, but, oh well, no insurance. I was willing to work with them, but my case would interfere with their well run business model. I even paid for a consultation, and now I feel ripped off and disappointed.
