Donath Garden Works is a great place to buy rocks, get garden soil bulk and enjoy the experience of gardening and landscaping. The staff is always friendly and ready to help you make your selections.
It was our first visit to Donath's. Ms. Melanie Donath was very helpful and patient with us newbies. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
Staff has always been pleasant and helpful each time I've been by or called. Also, their pricing for bulk items such as soil, compost and mulch is the best I've found. They're my first stop when I need any of those things.
Will not answer the phone left messages will not call back. I called the main line still no reponce horrible customer service why post hours of operations if you can not be available for your customers
worst experience at this place EVER!!!! Friday my husband went up there to get Sand to level the ground for our pool. When he got home we realized it was the wrong stuff. I went up there today to do the exchange but was told no one could help me unload or load up anything. So I came back home. My husband went out there this afternoon after work to do the exchange and AGAIN no one was there to help them unload the truck or even load it back up with the right stuff.
