Allen, the son that now unfortunately runs this place is a fraud. They installed two fireplaces for us and they both cracked in multiples places within 2 months. He told us not to worry and that “they poured new ones” a year ago so they can change them and we never heard from him again. We’ve been calling him ever since and he refuses to answer any of our calls. When we do get a hold of him, he lies and says he’ll come by tomorrow and never does. Absolute scam of a business. Avoid at all costs.
Allen does a fantastic job and very communicative. Recently had molding work done, and I couldn't be happier with his team and his results. He's very patient and explains his job thoroughly, the craftsmanship was exceptional, with clean lines and precise detailing that really transformed the look of our home. His team was professional, punctual, and attentive to my preferences. I highly recommend for anyone looking to enhance their home, thanks again Allen!
