Great mens cut, includes shampoo and product. They can always get me in and out.

This was a disaster. Don't go here. I had an appointment for a manicure. I arrived on time and was waiting for an hour and a half. They told me that the first appointment of the day came late (if they came so late, they should have just explained that they need to reschedule because there are other clients). The staff was rude and the manicurist in particular was very rude. Best Hair Salon in Baltimore – My girlfriend asked me the other day if she would look sexier with longer more full hair. Worst Experience Ever – I have never in my life been to a hair salon that was SO unorganized. They were overbooked, I waited an hour and a half after my appointment time to be seen. Some girl who had no idea what she was doing tried to do my color and it had to go back and be fixed and it still came out wrong. I asked for a funky, hip pixie cut ( I even showed her a picture) and left looking like the mom from the Brady Bunch. Don't bother with this place. – I'd read the other reviews for this place so I figured I'd give it a try. I made an appointment for 4:00 pm and walked through a downpour to get there on time, giving myself two hours to get my highlights done before an evening engagement. It doesn't get any better than Donna's!!!! – I've been trusting Donna w/ my hair since before she even opened her salon! There has never been a time that I left the salon disappointed! Donna is quick yet thorough- a perfectionist. Always honest, friendly, and hospitable. I enjoy every moment at Donna's- its a great treat for me, as well as free time from my children!
