The job was done well. They cleaned up after themselves and offered an opinion on the situation and resolved my concern.

Gave them a call to check out some water in my basement. Did a very thorough walk through, tested a number of things and then gave me an idea of what the problem 'might' be and a possible solution but suggested I wait and see if more water appears elsewhere (which changes the opinion) and evaluate from there. Seemed to be a very honest answer and no pressure to make a decision. Will call them again for sure.
We needed a new furnace and didn’t wanna deal with the current supplier. I called Donaldson. They patiently answered all the questions I had set up an appointment the next day Milton came out to measurements gave us our options and by the end of the week we had a brand new furnace working and installedat the staff and installers are all knowledgable and very friendly. The furnace room is left in better condition than it was given to them, and I can’t recommend these guys more they came back the next week and cleaned our duct... read more
The repairs to my 20 yr old Toto toilet (replacement of Korky toilet fill valve) and 20 yr old Grohe vanity tap (replacement of ceramic valve cartridge) were both expertly handled. I am very satisfied.
