Very pleasant people to deal with, they make you feel right at home, very good pricing and great communicator.
What a wonderful experience - yes, I'm talking about buying a used car - unbelievable, right? I can't believe it, but yes, the process was actually pleasant for once! I purchased my car, an Infiniti g20, at Donald's five years ago. I would say I have an intermediate knowledge of autos, and took it for a test ride, checked the engine, fluidis, etc. I determined all was within satisfactory parameters. I discussed price, put a small downpayment, and returned with the balance a couple of days later. I spoke with all of the people mentioned. I found everyone to be personable and honest. I had a pretty good experience here as I recently bought a Honda Accord from them and so far so good. The customer service was good and they seem like honest people. Only complaint I have is the lot isn't big enough for their cars but the selection is great!
Purchased a 2008 Honda Fit. Had no problems at all with the transaction or the car. Craig was very nice to deal with and made sure the car was up to par before taking delivery. I would absolutely check them out first for my next purchase.
I have recommended many people to Donald's Car corner and I never received a complaint. Remember that you are buying a used car. They even buy the car back. How many used car shops do that? I have never had one problem with them. I bought cars for both my daughters their. No one is perfect, just God.
Saw an ad of a car I was looking for on Craigslist. Showed up paid cash and have a 30 day warranty with the car. It was quick and painless and they have a very nice office.
Giving Donald's a five star rating!!! What a great experience I had!!! They got me approved and on my may in no time!! The salesmen was great too!!!
Be careful – Pretty good selection of cars but the service stinks and little or no warranty. dont be fooled by the prices becuz your gonna get waht you pay for. Stay away from this one. I am filing a complaint with the BBB.
