QI was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would.
