They are very unprofesssional and I had the billing lady tell me the day of my kids appointment that they weren't going to be able to treat them due to a bill that was sent to collection in 2006. When we brought the kids to the office they never looked over the paperwork and told me anything about a bill. The office manager then proceeded to tell me it was my fault although I never received any letters or phone calls stating there was a bill from the past. My children have seen Dr. Haskins going back a few years for regular dental procedures. My issues relate to the lack of quality administrative staff in this office and the lack of updated/modern equipment and procedures to effectively do their job. The NW OKC office has not changed since I first went to this office many years ago, their equipment is outdated and archaic by many standards and I get the feel they are going through as many patients as they can to make a dollar.
