Dr Belsito is an excellent doctor. He helped when 4 other doctors could not diagnose me. He took time with me, tested me, and explained everything to me. I am grateful for him. He was a blessing to me. I wish him all the best.
I went to see him because I was having a severe allergic reaction and needed patch testing. i waited one hour for the appointment and he spent 2 minutes with me. Had no interest in my situation and couldn't get out of the room fast enough. I had patch testing performed many of which were positive and when I asked how I could deal with this I was referred to a website. Horrible experience. so unhelpful. I will seek out another dermatologist who is interested in patients.
I wish I had read the reviews before seeing Dr. Belsito. His bedside manner made me feel uncomfortable. He then ordered an invasive round of patch testing, ignoring my medical history and, not surprisingly, it caused a systemic flare. Dr. Belsito didn't provide any after-care, leaving me to languish in full body hives. Personable, thorough and knowledgable. Able to briefly and accurately describe my issues as well as answer questions in a straightforward manner. Would surely be likely to recommend him.
Dr. Belsito is a wonderfully caring doctor. He pays attention to details and takes time to answer all my questions. It makes me feel that I am in his great professional hand and will be on a steady path to full recovery.
Very thorough and competent, personable. Was seen right on time, minimal waiting.
Before the first visit I was sent orms to fill up. I filled them up and sent them by email with other materials they asked for. They asked me to bring a hard copy of these materials with me. Then I was asked to fill the infromation again. Dr Belsito examined the rash I had on my leg, decided it was due to toenail fungus, prescribed a cream for the fungus and one for the rash. I spent about two decades trying to recover from a spider bite on my foot. I finally found dr. Bel Soto and he determined that I was allergic to the medications other doctors were prescribing to me. To me dr belsito is the guru when it comes to contact allergies. He saved my foot.
Was to be scheduled for allergy testing after having had a biopsy. Dr. Belisto saw me for maybe two minutes and said I was "allergic" to something and left the room. One of his staff members told me they would schedule a test date and assured me that THEY would call me. Now almost 8 weeks since the visit I still have not received ANY contact. I wonder HOW this doctor who sows NO interest in his patient's condition managed to receive all those awards for his articles. I am appalled .
