Brookwood Dermatology was founded in 2003 by two Board Certified Dermatologists with many years of advanced training and experience in the treatment of skin cancer, skin disorders and cosmetics. Since then it has grown into one of the premier Dermatology practices in the Southeast. We employ a large support staff of some of the most experienced personnel in our area and treat our patients in a manner we would wish our families to be treated.

Dr Walters diagnosed a skin cancer on my nose and performed Mohs Surgery to remove all the cancer. The area has healed so well I can barely see it. His nurses were very friendly and comforting during my appointment too. I would certainly recommend him to all of my friends. M. Goldfarb
Dr Walters diagnosed my mom's Melanoma and we weren't didn't even there for that. After Dr. Walters looked at my Mom's rash he suggested that we look at the rest of her skin since she was a new patient. He noticed a suspicious mole on her back and he sampled it. Dr Walters has treated many of the people from my Synagogue and neighborhood and they all have had the best experiences with him. He has treated several of my skin cancers and he and his staff always make me feel very comfortable. They always heal so well. He is a very personable doctor who always asks about my family and is genuinely interested in my other health issues. I wouldn't go to anyone else. Top notch.

I have used Dr Walters for many years and have always had a great experience when I visit his office. The staff is very friendly and Dr Walters always asks about my family. He found two melanomas on me and the surgeries have healed so well. He also took the time to explain everything to my husband and I and answered all our questions. I highly recommend him.
